L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Staff Analyst. The Staff Analyst will provide assistance in the administration of multiple contracts.
Review of A&E (Architectural & Engineering) and Construction Management Scopes and develop inhouse estimates for contractual compliance.
Identify funding source and approval for the task order.
Assist in soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Obtain Technical and Cost proposals.
Assist in technical proposals evaluation.
Perform cost analysis against vendors cost and inhouse estimates.
Draft task order agreements and memorandums.
Track and update task order database.
Reconcile contract issues by acting as a liaison between consultants and internal departments.
Liaison with Payment Group Vendors and internal groups to support and resolve any project management issues.
Details:
A Bachelors Degree.
15 Years of experience in one or more of the following: Project Management Contract Administration Follow up for task/work order process liaison with procurement practices/procedures.
Knowledge of design and construction project management procedure is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical approach.
Strong computer skills including basic/intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows Word Excel Access PowerPoint and various computer applications.
Must have an understanding of data structure and knowledge of data management such as sorting filtering linking and scanning.
