Duties & Responsibilities
Own secondline support and root cause analysis like Rafiki with a staff of wisdom Help squash bugs before they become stampedesdesign and execute test plans scripts and regression testing Collaborate with product owners and devs to raise the bar on performance stability and support Offer weekend standby support for critical issuesbecause even in the Circle of Life apps must stay online Ensure software is bugfree secure and HakunaMatataready
Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years in QA or support roles (bonus if youve worn both hats! SQL mastery for precise data validation Certified in ISTQB (or similar) Proficient in root cause analysis regression testing and bug tracking Clear documentation critical thinking and laserfocused problem solving Passion for clean releases scalable platforms and contributing to Africas fintech growth story
Qualification: Relevant technical qualification or certification in Quality Assurance ISTQB Certification required
