L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Construction Project Manager. Please note this posting is advertising for upcoming/anticipated openings that may become available. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
Review and make comments on engineering drawings specifications and contracts.
Schedule conduct and coordinate field visits surveys inspections and other TA support services.
Draft reports meeting minutes memoranda and other written projectrelated correspondence.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Details:
A Bachelors degree in engineering architecture business administration or a similar field.
One 1 year of experience in a project management capacity.
OSHA30 Construction Safety & Health Certification must be obtained prior to starting the position.
Knowledge of codes and standards.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across different disciplines.
Excellent skills with MS Word Access and Excel.
Ability to organize project information efficiently and prepare reports.
