Job Description
Hilton Garden Inn is looking for a banquet style cook. Our hotel can do banquets up to 150 people. We are people focused and want someone who fits into our bright hearted hospitality. The responsibilities are as follows:
1. Ensure food safety by dating and rotating food. Must maintain a sanitary work area.
2. Learn all menu and cooking stations in the hotel.
3. Prep prepare and plate all banquet food.
4. Plate presentation and food quality are very important.
5. Organize and prepare for plate up.
6. Ensure food is seasoned out on time and presentable.
7. Help F and B manager with any other responsibilities.
