Job Description

A leading proprietary trading firm known for cuttingedge research and technology is looking for a Recruiting Operations Lead to drive excellence in our hiring processes. In this role youll be a critical partner in optimizing recruiting operations refining workflows managing vendor partnerships and enabling a highperforming talent acquisition team across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and optimize recruiting processes to ensure smooth efficient and consistent operations globally

  • Oversee internal documentation training materials and playbooks to support hiring teams

  • Manage relationships with recruiting vendors and technology providers including contracts renewals and performance evaluations

  • Ensure clean accurate data across recruiting tools and reporting systems

  • Develop dashboards and reports to surface recruiting insights and support strategic decisionmaking

  • Identify and implement improvements in interview scheduling and candidate coordination

  • Provide mentorship and support to recruiting coordinators ensuring highquality service to candidates and hiring managers

  • Stay current with the latest tools and trends in recruiting technology and bring forward recommendations that drive continuous improvement

  • Jump in on special projects or initiatives as needed

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in business HR or a related discipline

  • 7 years of experience in recruiting operations HR or talent acquisition with an emphasis on systems tools and process improvement

  • Strong background in vendor management and handson experience with ATS/CRM systems and scheduling tools

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities with a knack for prioritizing in a fastpaced environment

  • Strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys working across teams and functions

  • Analytical mindset with experience in metrics reporting and process analysis

  • Global recruiting experience is a plus

  • Consistent availability and a proactive approach to solving problems
