Join us in shaping the future of health care and making a meaningful impact at Description: Were seeking a parttime Marketing Intern to join our team in our Corporate Office this summer. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills strong attention to detail and high level of creativity. This position will assist with the development and implementation of support materials and services for the company in marketing communications and public relations.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists with inventory maintenance of conference materials and company branded items.
- Assists with conference preparations including but not limited to preparing and packing materials for attendees providing sponsorship and/or logistical information to attendees and providing appropriate resources for lead generation/information collection.
- Assists with maintaining a formalized organization of digital marketing materials to be shared throughout the company.
- Assists with creation and maintenance of branded internal materials such as flier templates presentation templates and newsletter templates.
- With help from corporate office staff creates internal and external newsletters and disperses to the appropriate recipients.
- Assists with social media content approvals.
- Assists with content creation and creative initiatives for social media to reach our target audiences.
- Assists with maintenance of company business cards.
- Assists with creation and design of facilityspecific materials as needed.
- Assists with vendor communication as needed.
- Assists with other tasks as requested by the Marketing Director.
Position Requirements:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Proficient in Canva
- Degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
