You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAlfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Implementation Analyst to join our COTS team within the IT department at our Head Office in Liverpool UK. The purpose of this role is to work as part of a small IT Applications team supporting the Applications Manager in the delivery of new Commercial Off the Shelf software implementations by providing training to users and configuring the software to meet specifications. You will collaborate with customers to validate solutions and ensure user requirements are met.
