Job Description

WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Implementation Analyst to join our COTS team within the IT department at our Head Office in Liverpool UK. The purpose of this role is to work as part of a small IT Applications team supporting the Applications Manager in the delivery of new Commercial Off the Shelf software implementations by providing training to users and configuring the software to meet specifications. You will collaborate with customers to validate solutions and ensure user requirements are met.

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE





Required Competencies


  • Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex business problems with excellent user outcomes
  • Comfortable demonstrating software processes to potentially large audiences and senior management
  • User focused with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and champion user needs.
  • Accountable taking ownership of the implementation of configuration specifications and technical issues.
  • Effective communication of business change and processes.
  • SQL Skills with ability to write queries and execute simple update statements Desirable).


Required Work Experience

  • Experience using tools such as Asana QMS CRM and Google Apps is desirable.


Required Qualifications

  • Educated to a degree level or above.


Required Languages

  • Spanish Business Proficiency (Desirable)
