Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and comprehensive instruction in both theory and practical barbering techniques.
Supervise and support students during guest services in the Clinic Classroom.
Mentor and coach students to achieve excellence in their technical skills and professional development.
Prepare students for success in state licensing examinations.
Stay current with the latest trends tools and techniques in the barbering industry.

Qualifications:
Current Florida Barber Instructor License
Minimum of 2 years of handson barbering experience
Familiarity with Paul Mitchell products preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
A passion for teaching mentorship and continued learning
Professionalism patience and a teamoriented attitude
