Job Description
A detailoriented HVAC Service Technician to maintain and repair our residents air quality systems. The HVAC Service Technician will assist with repairing and calibrating systems replacing various components such as transformers thermostats compressors low and high voltage equipment and replace systems as needed. The HVAC Technician will diagnose problems and repair units in our apartment community.
Job Requirements
- Cleaning adjusting and repairing HVAC systems.
- At least 2 years of working with HVAC systems.
- Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Fixing replacing and adjusting vents and ductwork.
- Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and draining properly.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Repair appliances.
- Assist in the turn process of vacant units.
- Assist in curb appeal.
- Ability to rotate on call.
- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Physical Demands
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Standing and walking the property throughout the day
- Some bending.
