The Associate Attorney is responsible for managing all phases of personal injury cases from initial investigation to settlement or trial.
Duties include:
- Representing clients in depositions hearings and court appearances
- Preparing legal documents: motions pleadings discovery responses etc.
- Negotiating settlements ensuring clients best interests are represented
- Maintaining strong client relationships
- Providing consistent communication with clients regarding cases updates
