We are a fastgrowing construction company based in the Middletown CT area known for delivering highquality projects with a strong commitment to client satisfaction. As we continue to expand were looking for a detailoriented and proactive Construction Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside the company and take on increasing responsibilities over time.

Position Overview:
The Construction Project Administrator will support our Project Managers and field teams in the successful of construction projects. You will be responsible for various administrative and coordination tasks ensuring smooth communication documentation and organization across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparing tracking and managing change orders submittals and RFIs

  • Support in the development and maintenance of schedule of values and project budgets

  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on purchasing and material deliveries

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation including contracts drawings and permits

  • Help ensure compliance with project timelines and client specifications

  • Organize and attend project meetings taking notes and distributing action items

  • Assist with invoice verification and coordination with accounting

  • Support overall project administration to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a construction company in an administrative or project support role

  • Solid understanding of construction processes and terminology

  • Experience with change orders submittals purchasing and schedule of values

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook); familiarity with Procore or other construction management software is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
