As a Finance Account Executive you will be a proven sales who speak the language of finance teams which means understanding what keeps them up at night what financial products they use working capital / cash seasonality or any other theme that is relevant for them.
Your focus will be on midmarket and enterprise customers managing both short cycle and long cycle sales (typically from 24 months). Embat is a gamechanger for these finance teams so you should be able to successfully articulate our value proposition to CFOs Head of Finance Treasurers or similar decision makers which sometimes could be other Clevel executives.
Your mission
- Being able to understand the needs of finance teams regarding treasury management and articulate the value that Embat brings to them
- You will manage inbound leads and the entire sales & retention process for mid and large size businesses. typically you will interact with their finance teams
- You will be responsible for generating your own leads through targeted outbound campaigns
- You are an expert on how to manage multiple stakeholders and multitasking
- Have the ability to communicate with Clevel executives and senior managers (CFOs Head of Finance Head of Treasury etc.
- Will become a product expert working closely with our Product team in identifying clients pain points and priorities to inform and influence the product roadmap
This skill set is what we are looking for
- Perseverant: Sometimes users dont get at first but thats not a problem for you. You always find a very professional and engaging way of keeping the dialogue open.
- Experienced: 4 year experience in customerrelated roles (sales and/or client relationship management) and understanding of B2B software solutions and finance.
- Team player: We is always before I.
- You are a doer not a dreamer.
- Speak fluently English and Spanish
Youll be our ideal candidate if:
- Experience with sales prospecting tools and CRMs (Hubspot preferably)
- Experience selling B2B SaaS software for finance departments
- Experience in startup environments
