Job Description
This position of Terminal Manager will be responsible to run the day to day operations of the terminal in Moncton NB and the surrounding service area.
- The candidate must have extensive LTL experience previous management role strong leadership / communication and strong work ethic.
- They must manage internal and external customer relationships and be focused on performance through the KPI monitoring.
- They must be self motivated and promote a safe and positive working environment.
- They must be able to work closely with customers and our sales team to grow the market in the area.
Qualifications :
- Previous management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Self motivation and hands on management skills
- Experience in transportation technology handhelds scanners and other programs
- Strong focus on Health and Safety Team building and managing all aspects of the day to day operation of the terminal.
