The brokerdealer channel is responsible for the distribution of mutual funds separately managed accounts and alternative investments to wirehouses regional broker dealers and independent broker dealers. This role is responsible for supporting the BD National Accounts Research Director in their efforts to grow and deepen designated BDrelationships through their home offices which include coverage of platform/onboarding research due diligence/manager selection and portfolio construction teams.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the teams Research Director to organize and manage existing brokerdealer manager research relationships by providing efficient and thorough client service to sophisticated investmentoriented clients.
Arrange and manage a demanding schedule of inperson and external client meetings while preparing senior internal constituents for upcoming client meetings
Coordinate and facilitate the RFP process from start to finish (work with RFP Group portfolio management teams BD National Accounts team)
Effectively profile clients developing a deep understanding of clientspecific investment goals and objectives understanding investment processes etc.
Provide insightful commentary regarding market movements economic and industry trends and position NB solutions for cross sell opportunities appropriately
Liaise with other internal teams (marketing performance analytics operations legal & compliance) to ensure client needs are met
Entertain clients in various social settings including sporting events and dinners.
Requirements:
4 years asset management sales or marketing experience
Proficient in Excel PowerPoint Salesforce and Morningstar
Additional academic achievements highly important (CFA MBA CAIA CIMA etc.
Strong analytic and sales skills
Effective presenter both orally and in written form
Detailoriented with strong organizational and follow up skills
Ability to work independently and manage/prioritize multiple projects
Teamplayer attitude and a desire to work on a wide range of projects
Series 7 63 and 65 or Series 7 and 66 licenses required within first six months of employment

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $120000$150000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package.
