Job Description
Industry: Services
Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary
Main Duties:
- Respond to internal/external HR related inquiries and provide assistance
- Keep up to date with the latest HR practices
- Schedule meetings interviews and HR events
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical files and HRIS)
- Support the recruitment/onboarding process by processing work permit
- documentation communicating with internal departments and registering with
- relevant authorities such as Jobsplus
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist in adhoc HR projects and any other duties that may be required
What Skills do you need
- Secondary level of Education with O level standard in main subjects (eg. English and Mathematics)
- Preferably with 1 year working experience in HR or administration ideally with a keen interest in Human Resources
- Knowledge/experience using HRIS work permit process and related authorities
- Demonstrates attention to detail in work ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks
- Able to adhere to all organisational policies regulations and standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to provide a positive employee experience in response time and support
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
