Job Description
Position Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled MS Dynamics CRM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and developing solutions based on MS Dynamics CRM with a strong focus on sales customer service and portals. This role requires a deep understanding of designing customizing and integrating MS Dynamics / Power Platform solutions with legacy onpremises and cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and develop solutions based on MS Dynamics CRM (minimum 5 years of experience) in sales customer service and portals.
Design solutions based on MS Dynamics / Power Platform.
Customize MS Dynamics / Power Platform to meet specific business needs.
Integrate MS Dynamics / Power Platform with legacy/onpremises/cloud systems.
Create functional and technical specification documentation for projects including customization specifications data migration and system integration.
Preferred Experience:
Experience as a team leader.
Implementation of solutions based on MS Azure.
Industry experience in telecommunications insurance and banking.
Proficiency in sales customer service and portals.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
