Are you an experienced Installation Foreman in commercial roofing looking for a company that values your leadership and expertise Weather Shield Roofing a leading commercial flat roofing contractor with over 40 years of excellence in the industry is looking for a skilled Installation Foreman to join our team. What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage crews to ensure efficient and highquality roofing installations
- Work closely with the Superintendent to plan and execute roofing projects
- Participate in the installation of commercial flat roofing systems including EPDM PVC and TPO
- Troubleshoot challenges that arise during installations and find effective solutions
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and efficiency
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader in commercial roofing
- Proficiency in flat roofing systems (EPDM PVC and TPO)
- A strong desire to lead problemsolve and deliver topquality results
- Comfortable working at heights climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid drivers license
