Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a diverse caseload including construction defects bodily injury and general liability.
Draft pleadings motions and other legal documents.
Conduct discovery depositions and appear at court hearings.
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop legal strategies and drive case results.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active Florida Bar license required.
Minimum 2 years experience in insurance defense litigation.
Preferred: Experience with construction defect cases.
Excellent legal writing research and oral advocacy skills.
Proven ability to manage cases independently in a highvolume environment.
