Duties & Responsibilities

Skills & Experience: Minimum 45 years of experience in technical support or SaaS environments Fluency in French or Spanish plus excellent English Expertise in troubleshooting software hardware and configurations Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to explain technical details with clarity and grace
Qualification: A bachelors degree or equivalent Prior experience in telematics SaaS or global tech platforms preferred
