Duties & Responsibilities
Step into a role where your language skills and technical flair truly shine. As a Technical Support Consultant youll be the trusted voice for our international partnersresolving issues guiding new clients through onboarding and ensuring seamless device integrations. Youll work closely with global teams contribute to internal knowledge sharing and help enhance a platform used across six continents.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 45 years of experience in technical support or SaaS environments
Fluency in French or Spanish plus excellent English
Expertise in troubleshooting software hardware and configurations
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to explain technical details with clarity and grace
Qualification:
A bachelors degree or equivalent
Prior experience in telematics SaaS or global tech platforms preferred
