Your day to day as a Operations Supervisor
As a FullTime Operations Supervisor at Viking CocaCola in Alexandria MN youll take the reins in supervising VCC and First Choice route personnel driving excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. Youll provide direction and guidance to a talented team while ensuring consistent operating procedures that enhance quality service.
Youll play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards. Collaborating closely with route drivers youll gain firsthand insight into our operations enhancing your skills and leadership. Youll also assist in hiring training and cultivating a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and DOT guidelines all while promoting a culture of high performance and safety.

To excel as a FullTime Operations Supervisor at Viking CocaCola youll need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. A valid Class D drivers license and a health card are mandatory ensuring compliance with our Vehicle Safety Policy. While a Class A drivers license is preferred your leadership capabilities and problemsolving acumen will be at the forefront of this dynamic role. Attention to detail is crucial as you manage inventory monitor spoilage control and conduct inspections. Proficiency in software toolsparticularly Streamware for Vendingwill enhance your ability to oversee operations effectively.
Strong communication and training skills are essential for mentoring your team and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. With a customercentric mindset and the ability to analyze Key Business Indicators youll drive productivity and efficiency while facilitating a highperformance environment. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Valid Class D drivers license and health card with satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check according to the companys Vehicle Safety Policy (It is preferred but not required that the Operations Supervisor has a valid class A drivers license)
