Job Description

mPower is a womanowned small business looking for a wellrounded and experienced Logistics and Facilities Manager to oversee all logistics operations and facilities coordination at our Gulfport MS location. This role requires a proactive and detailoriented individual to supervise contractor personnel manage financial and logistical operations and ensure the smooth coordination of all facilityrelated activities. The ideal candidate will be skilled at working closely with military and government civilian staff managing resources and ensuring high standards of operational readiness and accountability.
Job Responsibilities:
Financial & Budget Management
Serve as an advisor to leadership on budgeting program and resource utilization.
Oversee financial operations for current and prior year appropriations ensuring balanced and compliant .
Assist in developing and managing the annual spending plan including preparation of funding and procurement documents.
Conduct financial analysis track budget and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency.
Develop and implement logistics and financial procedures aligned with organizational policies and guidance.
Prepare maintain and report on spend plans requisitions and inventory records.
Logistics Operations
Supervise logistics financial and IT contractor personnel.
Oversee procurement receipt storage issuance and inventory of consumables equipment and training materials.
Maintain accountability for gear and ensure proper issuance and return processes with students.
Manage Resource Requirement List (RRL) inventory and coordinate reimbursement processes for unreturned equipment.
Support task order services and deployment of GSA fleet vehicles.

Facilities & Project Coordination
Coordinate maintenance selfhelp projects and warranty claims for the facility.
Serve as liaison for facilitiesrelated work with NAVFAC and external vendors.
Support facilities projects that benefit student training and overall mission readiness.
Ensure compliance with all departmental training and safety requirements.
Information Technology (IT) & Communications
Act as the Information Technology Functional Representative (ITFR) coordinating local IT support and maintenance.
Provide technical support for NMCI TRANET VTC systems scanners copiers and other audiovisual equipment.
Manage IT equipment inventory and coordinate changes or upgrades with regional IT departments.
Submit and track IT service requests (e.g. MACs SPAWAR REMEDY tickets) and maintain user access compliance (SAARN IAA training).
CrossFunctional Coordination
Coordinate transportation telecommunication and facility support services with regional and headquarterslevel offices.
Serve as the Telephone Liaison Officer (TLO) and point of contact for communicationrelated issues.
Collaborate with various departments and external organizations to ensure logistics and facilities support align with training goals.
Reporting & Oversight
Provide weekly status updates to leadership on spending project status and any issues affecting operations.
Conduct process improvement assessments and develop strategies to increase costefficiency and readiness.
Maintain historical documentation lessons learned and process guidance for continuity and future planning.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution with at least 2 years of experience in logistics and/or facilities management or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree (preferably in a Navy or Marine Corps environment).
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role managing logistics or facilities operations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid state drivers license required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply directives regulations and policies to solve complex operational issues.
