Were Looking for a Body Shop Manager!

What Youll Be Doing:
As the Body Shop Manager youll steer the daytoday operations of our stateoftheart facility. From managing a talented team of techs to ensuring smooth workflow and toptier customer service youll keep things running like a welloiled machine.
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate a team of collision repair professionals
- Customer Care: Ensure every customer drives away with a smile handling customer interactions from estimate to repair completion
- Quality Control: Oversee repairs to make sure they meet our high standards because we dont cut corners (and neither should you!
- Inventory & Scheduling: Keep parts stocked and repair schedules on track making sure things stay on time and on budget
- Team Development: Mentor your team with training opportunities and professional growth
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Youve got at least 2 years of experience in the automotive collision repair industry with a solid track record of leadership
- Skills: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment. Bonus points for handson repair knowledge!
- Customer Focused: You know how to deal with clients with professionalism empathy and a dash of humor after all getting into an accident can be stressful
- Organized: Youll juggle a lot of moving parts so being organized is a must!
- TechSavvy: Comfort with collision repair software and estimating tools will be a huge plus
