Job Description

Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a vital role in driving the growth and success of the organization. This position involves identifying new business opportunities establishing relationships with potential clients and expanding the companys market reach. The BDE is crucial in promoting the companys products or services by leading strategic initiatives and engaging with prospective partners. By analyzing market trends and competitor strategies the BDE ensures that the organization maintains its competitive edge. As a key player in the sales team the BDE contributes to the overall business strategy and helps shape the future direction of the company. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to the management.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage client interactions.

  • Train and onboard new team members as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development sales or related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices.
