Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX designer to join our creative and passionate design team for various instudio projects at our Gameloft office in Indonesia. This is an excellent opportunity for talented designers with a solid design background a humancentered approach and the ability to create polished and effective designs independently.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the creative strategy and for games across various platforms.
- Collaborate and interact with crossdisciplinary team members to deliver UI solutions from research to interactive prototypes and ingame integration to highfidelity mockups.
- Develop innovative User experience solutions from conception to the final delivery.
- Responsible for creating accessible and intuitive experiences based on the best industry practices while pushing the boundaries.
- Get ahead of industry trends and proactively recommend changes to improve the diversified portfolio of games.
- Provide and maintain clear documentation of the features you work on
- Coordinate with other studios as and when necessary.
- Work autonomously and own features.
- Refine the look and feel of the UI taking feedback from design stakeholders and leadership to create the most userfriendly and visually appealing experiences.
Qualifications :
What were looking for
- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a solid portfolio of games demonstrating the complete cycle of design projects.
- Advanced skills in industrystandard tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Good understanding of UX principles design knowledge (wireframing prototyping) and visual design (composition typography layout and colour theory)
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality games
- Good problemsolving skills with the capability of owning and being accountable
- Excellent communication skills and capability to present ideas confidently
- A strong team player who can give and receive constructive feedback from peers.
- Proficient in English both written and spoken
