Bar Team Member

Our guests want to enjoy a nice drink or a delicious meal and you and your colleagues will make sure of that. The bar is open until 23:00 every day and our restaurant from 17:30 to 22:00.

Your shift starts with checking the bar is there enough of everything If not you make sure products are replenished so that you and your colleagues can have a great evening. After grabbing yourself a nice cup of coffee or tea you welcome our guests and pamper them with all the goodies we have to offer such as delicious local beers a refreshing cocktail or a nice meal. 

During your shift you will be working in the bar and restaurant. Youll make sure all preparations are made for the evening so you never miss out on anything and nicely decorate the restaurant. You welcome our guests and make sure they dont miss a thing. At the end of your shift the bar and restaurant are left clean so our guests can enjoy a nice breakfast there again the next morning.

Are you hospitable by nature do you have a cheerful character and do you enjoy spoiling guests with good food drinks and a pleasant evening

Qualifications :

Besides asking what you can do for our guests you want to know more about the guest. What brings the guest here! You engage in a friendly chat and get to know them better.

You think ahead:

During your shift you are alert and you make sure all glasses are always nicely filled. Our motto No Empty Glasses!

You are willing to work more:

The bar is open until 23:00 every day but should the bar still be very busy at 23:00 you dont mind staying open a bit longer. Satisfied guests thats what we do it for right!

And above all:

• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You can communicate well with other colleagues
• You like working together
• You are alert and helpful to our guests
• You keep yourself busy at times when there are no operational activities
• You feel responsible for your work
• You are proactive 
• You are guestoriented and representative
• You have a good mood
• You take care of your workplace and surroundings
• You have a cheerful character and a positive attitude
• You are flexible to also work weekends and public holidays with a fair distribution within the team
• You have your own transport so that you can always get to work even when public transport is not available.

Additional Information :

Not travelling to work by public transport but by car You can! We have a large car park next to the hotel where you as a colleague can park your car. 

If you come by bike it can always be parked in our covered bicycle shed.
