Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Lodge Anchor to join a worldclass luxury safari lodge located in the iconic Sabi Sands Reserve. If you thrive in the bush love creating memorable guest experiences and have strong operational knowhow this is your chance to anchor a toptier lodge team!
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Lodge Manager with daily operations and ensure seamless guest experiences
Act as a point of contact for guests handling requests feedback and queries with professionalism
Oversee and assist with frontofhouse duties reservations hosting and guest checkins/checkouts
Maintain communication between departments and ensure high service standards are upheld
Assist with staff coordination motivation and general lodge management when needed
Ensure that every guest enjoys an unforgettable stay full of warmth and personalized service
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role in a highend lodge or hotel environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Confident hosting ability and an eye for detail
Passion for the hospitality industry and guest satisfaction
Comfortable living in a remote bush setting and working flexible hours
Knowledge of reservations systems and general administration is a plus
