We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fastgrowing Corporate Partnerships team. In this role youll play a critical part in fueling InStrides mission to bring lifechanging education to the workforce.
As a BDR you will be the first point of contact for potential corporate partners responsible for identifying highvalue prospects and generating interest in InStrides innovative education solutions. Your work will involve conducting targeted outreach engaging in meaningful conversations and setting the foundation for longterm partnerships.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment is passionate about making an impact and is eager to grow their career in sales and business development while contributing to a missiondriven organization.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: You have a knack for identifying and qualifying leads through research outreach and networking ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Tenacity and Resilience: You can weather the storm of a long sales cycle focusing on cultivating relationships and persevering through challenges.
Entrepreneurship & Strategic Thinking: With a drive to succeed you take a creative approach to problemsolving and understand the importance of a compelling value proposition.
Communication: You are capable of communicating a clear and persuasive message to both internal and external audiences
Relationship Building & Emotional Intelligence: You listen actively understand the pain points of potential clients and feel energized by the prospect of finding solutions.
Target base compensation amount for this role outlined below. This position is eligible for a commission plan in addition to base pay. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts shown below.

$50000 $65000 USD
