Job Description
Minnehaha Academy is a Christian school and a ministry of the Northwest Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church of America.
Our mission is to provide a highquality education integrating Christian faith and learning so students grow in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and others.
The Middle School has a parttime 71 opening for a Spanish Teacher beginning theschool year.
Qualifications include:
Previous experience successfully teaching Spanish
Middle school experience preferred to teach 7th and 8thgrade Spanish IA and IB
Dedication to students learning
Positive relationshipbuilding with students parents and colleagues
Fluency in Spanish
Demonstrated ability to engage learners and deliver a rigorous curriculum across 6th through 8th grade students.
Demonstrated ability to assess student progress and differentiate instruction accordingly
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students colleagues and families
A Minnesota K12 Spanish teaching license or a commensurate license from another state
Ability to integrate Christian faith and learning
The salary range for this position would be $28400 $56400 depending on education level and experience.
