We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our clients Transport Practice in Cape Town. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful infrastructure projects work with crossfunctional teams and engage with key stakeholders to deliver actionable solutions. The successful candidate will excel in financial modeling client engagement and team leadership within a dynamic purposedriven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define client challenges develop hypotheses and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct financial analyses including modeling evaluations and costbenefit studies.
- Present insights and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Manage diverse teams to ensure highquality project delivery.
- Lead the development of business cases feasibility studies and other strategic deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage subcontractor contributions.
- Identify new opportunities and support business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- MustHaves:
- Postgraduate qualification in Finance Engineering Mathematics or Economics.
- 57 years experience in finance or management consulting.
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- NicetoHaves:
- Experience with infrastructure finance or publicprivate partnerships.
- Knowledge of risk analysis and financial structuring in transport projects.
