Job Summary
Effectively services client accounts and underwrite new and renewing business with direction and oversight from Senior Underwriting Team of GCube.
Responsibilites
- Respond to and handle new business midterm adjustment and renewal enquiries received in a timely manner.
- Ensure all new business tools such as Salesforce and Xii are checked to ensure any enquiry is new to GCube and update each system as appropriate.
- Review and summarize new business and renewal submissions and prepare terms for sign off.
- Work to maintain a profitable book of business in line with GCube company strategy net loss ratio of <65.
- To present and deliver quotations and NBIs to clients in accordance with company standards and to ensure all such quotes/NBIs are followed up on until their conclusion.
- Maximize growth from existing client accounts for core GCube business and to assist in the development of new client relationships.
- Ensuring renewal information is obtained from the client in good time the loss ratios produced are ratified the risk profile is thoroughly reviewed in line with account performance.
- Achieve GCube target renewal retention rate of 90.
- Successfully complete all training assignments (in person and online) assigned by the Accelerate Team.
- Successfully complete the professional insurance designation assigned based on the participants line of business (e.g. CPCU CEBS CII etc. by completing individual modules and exams according to the prescribed schedule provided in the designations orientation. Completion of the Accelerate program is dependent on completion of the assigned designation.
- Attend each annual conference and participate fully.
Minimum requirements
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related field or the equivalent education and/or experience

For candidates working in person or remotely in the following locations the reasonable pay range for this specific position (based in Santa Ana CA) is $72500 $95000 annually. The salary offered for this specific position is based on a number of legitimate nondiscriminatory factors set by the Company.
