Job Description
Walt Massey Automotive Group is a fast growing automotive retail company serving South Mississippi Alabama and Florida . We are looking to add an enthusiastic selfmotivated individual to our team as a Business Development Center(BDC) Representative.
As a BDC Representative youll be a part of a team of motivated professionals seeking to assist with the growth and success of our company.
Base Pay Range: $1014/hour Commission
Shifts Available: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Responsibilities
Receive inbound service calls and assist customers with scheduling maintenance or repair appointments.
Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize shop capacity and improve customer convenience.
Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Contact existing customers (phone text email) for upcoming maintenance service reminders or recall notifications.
Attend weekly BDC and service team meetings during scheduled hours.
Complete training modules and manufacturer courses as assigned.
Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer every time.
Qualifications
Previous Business Development Center (BDC) or call center experience is a plus!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and followup ability.
Comfortable with computers CRM systems and internetbased tools.
Positive teamoriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
