40Gundersen Health System is hiring a Clinical Manager to oversee TriState Ambulance. What Youll Do:
As the Clinical Manager you will function as the leader of TriState Ambulance providing leadership and direction for constant improvement and development of all aspects of the TriState Ambulance program. You and your leadership team will oversee a group of approximately 110 staff comprised of 3 Supervisors HR Coordinator EMS Educators EMTs and Paramedics. You will have direct responsibility for managing employee performance to ensure optimal functioning in daytoday operations including recruitment retention of system deployment financials logistics safety oversight and supply chain management. You will also have direct responsibility for interfacing with ambulance service vendors suppliers local and county police and fire departments political entities and regulatory authorities.
With a mixture of urban rural interfacility and critical care response TriState Ambulance (TSA) provides 911 ambulance response to 2200 square miles in portions of beautiful Western Wisconsin and Southeast Minnesota. Primary ambulance deployment is based out of the Regional Operations and Communications Center (ROCC) in central La Crosse. Additionally three substations in the La Crosse metro and one in our rural Viroqua market provide an abundance of EMS response variety. In addition to 911 response TSA provides interfacility ambulance services up to the critical care level to numerous hospital partners.
Whats Available:
Fulltime 80 hours biweekly 1.0 FTE)
MonFri days. Infrequent evening and weekend hours as needed for ongoing trainings and meetings
Located out of the Regional Operations and Communications Center (ROCC) in central La Crosse WI
Salary range of $90000 to $141000 based upon experience

What Youll Need:
Bachelors degree in a related field; equivalent years of experience and related education will be considered
35 years of experience in all aspects of ambulance services clinical or equivalent healthcare demonstrating leadership and business acumen skills
Paramedic and/or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin and Minnesota
