ob Summary
We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex highimpact projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills exceptional communication abilities and a proven track record of delivering projects on time within scope and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of largescale projects across multiple departments.
Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans schedules resource allocations and risk management strategies.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project .
Manage changes to the project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress.
Prepare and present regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Mentor and support junior project managers and crossfunctional teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business Project Management Engineering or related field (Master s preferred).
8 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years in a seniorlevel role.
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Asana JIRA Trello).
Excellent leadership communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong problemsolving and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in specific industry: IT construction healthcare finance etc..
Agile/Scrum certification and experience in Agile environments.
Experience managing crossfunctional and geographically distributed teams.
