Job Description

We are looking for an experienced peoplefirst and processdriven HR Manager who can lead the entire HR function with exceptional strategic thinking emotional intelligence and exceptional excellence. The ideal candidate will not only be a strong operational leader but also a culture champion business partner and change enabler.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Design and drive effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Lead endtoend recruitment across departments including senior and niche roles.

  • Strategic foresight in workforce planning.

  • Excellent stakeholder management across leadership and hiring teams.

Performance Management & Appraisals

  • Implement robust performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs).

  • Drive performance reviews feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement plans.

  • Strong analytical mindset to link performance to business metrics.

  • Ability to coach and influence managers on performance conversations.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Plan and execute employee engagement calendars and feedback mechanisms.

  • Foster a positive inclusive and highperforming workplace culture.

  • Develop recognition and reward programs that align with company values.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling

  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on all HR matters.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust across teams.

HRMS & HR Operations

  • Endtoend management of HRMS tools.

  • Automate and streamline HR processes for efficiency and scalability.

  • Generate insightful HR dashboards and analytics to support strategic decisions.

  • Handson experience with Zoho HR Suite is a strong advantage.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a small team of HR professionals to deliver highimpact results.

  • Foster a collaborative and performancedriven HR team culture.



Requirements

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience across all major HR functions.

  • Proven track record of handling recruitment performance management employee engagement grievance handling and HR operations.

  • Handson experience with HRMS tools especially Zoho People Zoho Recruit and Zoho Payroll is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws compliance requirements and HR best practices

  • HR certifications such as SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR SPHR or any recognized HR certification will be an added advantage

Conduct project kick off, design sessions for converting the High-Level Design (HLD) to a Low Level Design (LLD) matching customer technical and business requirements in the areas of Virtualization and Hyper-converged Incentive structure will be discussed during the course of evaluation Infrastructure (HCI) Successfully implement the agreed LLD in the stipulated timeframe Create and submit documentation to secure sign off from the customer on the implemented project Acquire additional skills and certifications in similar or other technologies that are aligned to the vision of Power Bridge Design, setup and maintain the Customer Centre of Excellence (CoE) Assist Pre-Sales team (if Required) on vetting the solution to ensure all the solution components are proposed or covered to deliver the project as per the requirement of the customer Suggest Pre-Sales team in regards to designing solutions that are optimized technically and commercially Upskilling the teammates in your area of expertise to build the team Meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as computer science, information technology or engineering. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus. Minimum of 6+ years of Proven experience in the skillset mentioned. Professional certifications like VCP, MCSE, ITIL etc is a must Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of resolving complex customer issues. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
