The ideal candidate will not only be a strong operational leader but also a culture champion business partner and change enabler.
Responsibilities:
Design and drive effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead endtoend recruitment across departments including senior and niche roles.
Strategic foresight in workforce planning.
Excellent stakeholder management across leadership and hiring teams.
Implement robust performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs).
Drive performance reviews feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement plans.
Strong analytical mindset to link performance to business metrics.
Ability to coach and influence managers on performance conversations.
Plan and execute employee engagement calendars and feedback mechanisms.
Foster a positive inclusive and highperforming workplace culture.
Develop recognition and reward programs that align with company values.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on all HR matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust across teams.
Endtoend management of HRMS tools.
Automate and streamline HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
Generate insightful HR dashboards and analytics to support strategic decisions.
Handson experience with Zoho HR Suite is a strong advantage.
Manage and mentor a small team of HR professionals to deliver highimpact results.
Foster a collaborative and performancedriven HR team culture.
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience across all major HR functions.
Proven track record of handling recruitment performance management employee engagement grievance handling and HR operations.
Handson experience with HRMS tools especially Zoho People Zoho Recruit and Zoho Payroll is a plus.
Strong understanding of labor laws compliance requirements and HR best practices
HR certifications such as SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR SPHR or any recognized HR certification will be an added advantage
