Job Description
Ecolab is looking for an HR Manager based in Pune for the role of Employee Relations Leader for India supporting all Ecolab entities in India
Responsibilities include:
Provide dedicated guidance and coaching to HR Team Leaders Managers and employees with specific focus on:
HR Compliance
HR Policies and Procedures
Employee advocacy/engagement
Employee Relations Management
Performance Discipline and Conduct issues
Workplace investigations as appropriate
Payroll & HR operations
Drive harmonisation and standard application of specific HR programs
Be the first point of contact for questions and guidance on these HR topics and issues
Partner with HR Teams to execute businessspecific HR strategies.
Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified reported investigated and resolved
Provide advice and counsel to managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies procedures and practices at 100 compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed
Candidate profile:
Desired candidate needs to have 10 plus years in various facets of HR including but not limited to Compliance HR Services Employee Grievance Management and overseeing compliances.
Should have good communication and presentation skills.
Should have good analytical skills.
