Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) for Otraco Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd reporting to the HR Business Lead. This role will be based in Wapadrand Pretoria.

The ideal candidate will serve as an internal business partner delivering comprehensive HR solutions and initiatives to all areas of the organization. The HRBP will work closely with various stakeholders in the organisation to drive employee engagement talent management and organizational development while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education Master other certification:

  • Grade 12 National Senior Certificate.
  • A valid and appropriate light vehicle drivers license (South African Code 08.
  • Bachelors degree/diploma in HR or related field.
  • Post Graduate Studies/Certifications (advantageous).

Experience (years):

  • 5 years in a previous HR role preferably as an HRBP or similar position.
  • 3 years experience in employee engagement talent management labour law and business partnership.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Experience with HR technology and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
