Job Description
Job Description: Video & TeleMedical Doctor
Experience Required:
- 12 years of tele consultation experience.
- Preferred experience in video/tele evaluations for prepolicy medical assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct video/tele evaluations for prepolicy medical checks.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers.
- Assess customers politely gathering information on preexisting conditions and family medical history.
- Accurately document information in medical examination report forms.
- Ensure compliance with insurer regulations and maintain consistent quality in medical evaluations.
- Multitask by documenting client information in realtime.
Skills Required:
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and at least one other language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Additional Language Requirements:
Malayalam Tamil Telugu Sanskrit Kannada Punjabi Assamese Bangla Bodo Dogri Gujarati Hindi Kashmiri Konkani Maithili Manipuri Marathi Nepali Oriya Santali Sindhi and Urdu.
Minimum Qualification:
MBBS BAMS BHMS or BUMS.
