Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear and proactive communication.

- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients efficiently and professionally.
- Continuously monitor and improve the client experience through feedback and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree from toptier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Client Success Account Management or Customer Service role.
- Communication: Strong proficiency in English with topnotch written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive driven and organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
