Job Description
TB HIV Care (THC) in existence since 1929 is an internationally recognised nonprofit organisation. We provide health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB including adolescent girls and young women sex workers and people who use . Purpose of the position:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated programmes and areas. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver valueadded service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organisation
Minimum Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in an HR and recruitment environment
- Very good knowledge of relevant legislation (Basic Conditions of Employment Labour Relations Act POPIA Employment Equity)
- Functional knowledge of relevant concepts (e.g. PAYE UIF Employment Equity BBBEE etc.
- Very good knowledge and experience working with electronic systems
- Excellent filing and administration
- Sage People/VIP and SharePoint
- Clear criminal record
- Valid code 8 drivers licence
- Ability to communicate in English and any other African language
