Job Description
PRODUCTION / FARM MANAGER
Ceres
A position for a Production / Farm Manager has become vacant in Ceres. The job incumbent will assist the owners in the management of two agricultural units consisting of stone and pome fruit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Production planning and
- Irrigation fertilization pruning and pesticides management
- All relevant record keeping and administration pertaining to production
- The effective management of the total human resources component
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years experience in a production position
- A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work proactively and autonomous
