Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior PRT Hindi teacher to join our dynamic team at Podar Education Network in Belagavi. This is a fulltime position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi at the primary level. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for education and a commitment to providing exceptional instruction to students through innovative teaching methods.
Qualifications and Skills
- (Mandatory skill): A bachelors degree in education is crucial for understanding the educational needs and creating a suitable teaching plan.
- M.A in Hindi (Mandatory skill): A masters degree in Hindi ensures indepth knowledge of the language and the ability to teach effectively.
- PRT (Mandatory skill): Primary Teacher qualification certifies your ability to teach and manage primary school children proficiently.
- Hindi language proficiency: Strong command over Hindi is essential for clear communication and effective teaching.
- Digital teaching tools: Familiarity with digital tools is necessary for integrating technology in teaching and enhancing the learning experience.
- Student assessment: Ability to evaluate and assess student performance and progress using a variety of assessment techniques.
- Lesson planning: Competence in developing structured and comprehensive lesson plans to cover the curriculum efficiently.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with students parents and staff and build a positive learning environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
