Job Description
- The tools are composed of different types of tooling and needs to be outlined / shadowed to allow for easy identification of when a tool is in use or missing from its location. The items are in Depot facilities at each of the Space Force installations.
- Inventory Gov property and assist with foam for tool drawers
- Tool Foam Cutout support
- Personnel must be able to:
- Stand kneel and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Lift items less than 50lbs
- Work with cutout materials such as razor knives
- Lifting and Razor Knife safety training will be provided by client safety office.
- In addition Depots have accumulated shop stock / work order residue that needs to be identified for addition to property records or prepared for disposal.
- Logistics will provide tools and material to complete the shadowing process along with Excel files with required data fields and laptops to complete inventory.
- Be able to use:
- A reverse count method (pull every asset out of location and validate when putting assets back) when validating locations that have more than 1 item.
- An ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) station when needed.
- Upon completion of the tasks related to tool control personnel will be assigned to inventory shop stock / work order residue in the Depots and conduct inventory validation in Logistics warehouses as directed by client.
