Job Description
Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and highend manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru and the actual working location is subject to the project.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead electrical testing and commissioning activities for data center projects ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.

Oversee functional testing performance validation and system troubleshooting.

Coordinate with project consultants contractors and internal teams to manage testing schedules and deliverables.

Review technical documentation test plans and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Provide onsite technical guidance and resolve electricalrelated issues during the commissioning phase.

Maintain clear and effective communication in English Malay and Mandarin with all relevant parties.

Ensure safety quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in data center testing and commissioning is required.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems standards and commissioning protocols.

Excellent trilingual communication skills: English Malay and Mandarin.

Experience working with or within Malaysian testing consultancy firms is preferred.
-
Willing to travel or be based onsite as needed.
