In the role ofPerformance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you have a lot of creative freedom and can really make a difference. You will work together with the team to centrally set up manage and optimize all performance marketing measures of the group (several countries & several brands) in the future.

- You develop Google Ads campaigns (focus: search) for the French market strategically and operationally.
- You also like to bring Microsoft Ads Meta or LinkedIn into play if it fits.
- You test analyze and optimize always with an eye on users funnel and performance.
- You work closely with colleagues from Marketing & Sales in Germany and France.
- You formulate ads that are not only clickable but also convincing.
- You analyze KPIs and derive measures that make a difference.
Your profile:
- You speak and write French at native speaker level(C2.
- You have a good knowledge of German (at least B2.
- You have experience with Google Ads Search and ideally other PPC channels.
- You can manage several projects at the same time and always keep a clear head.
- You work in a structured creative way and love datadriven marketing.
