DescriptionAs the Director Human Resources at Celsius you will lead the development and of HR strategies aligned with our bold business objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior VP of Human Resources you will oversee key HR functions for the US including organizational design compensation benefits employee relations and compliance. You will drive strategic workforce planning and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership fostering a highperformance culture rooted in our values of innovation accountability and ownership.
Requirements - Oversee the full spectrum of human resource initiatives including employee engagement succession planning and performance management.
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategy in collaboration with Total Rewards to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives.
- Provide expertlevel guidance on complex HR issues including organizational changes investigations policy development and highrisk employee relations matters.
- Drive organizational effectiveness by leading change management efforts and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to inform proactive strategies and decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Mentor and lead a team of HR professionals promoting a collaborative and highperforming HR function.
Qualifications
- 9 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP certification strongly preferred.
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading strategic HR initiatives in highgrowth environments.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on jobrelated knowledge skills and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
