The Opportunity

  • Reporting to the Director Global Compensation Partnering you will be a strategic compensation partner to HR and business leaders for US business areas (such as US Commerce Content and

    Broadcasting) and may lead more complex functional or enterprisewide compensation projects. You will also support the Compensation team in the design administration implementation and communication of compensation programs.

  • This role is hybridremote and based in West Chester PA.

Your Impact

  • Analyze compensation data to identify trends potential issues and opportunities for improvement within the organization.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the companys compensation structures are competitive. This includes benchmarking against industry standards and making recommendations for adjustments.
  • Provide expertise and advice to senior management and HR teams on compensationrelated matters helping them make informed decisions.
  • Partner with HR and senior management to align compensation strategies with broader business strategies ensuring that compensation efforts support longterm organizational goals.
  • Support department reorgs and job evaluations for new and existing positions using external market survey data and internal equity analysis.
  • Recommend promotional increase amounts reclassification increases new hire salaries etc. in accordance with compensation guidelines.
  • Ensure alignment and adherence to global compensation guidelines/philosophy and global job leveling framework while balancing with unique needs of specific client areas.
  • Support adhoc project requests for specific client areas (as well as broader team as needed).

What You Bring

  • 5 years experience supporting global compensation.
  • 5 years experience defining compensation guidelines.
  • 5 years experience administering fundamental salary administration and compensation programs and policies and compensationspecific training for HR and business within assigned client areas.
  • Excellent working knowledge of compensation related law.
  • Intermediate to advanced level spreadsheet experience (pivot tables databases formulas).

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
