Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining successful relationships with clients and driving revenue growth within the mining sector.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities and forecasts
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
