Requirements:
- BTech / BEng in Civil Engineering/ NDip in Construction Studies
- Minimum of 710 years experience in the construction industry with a strong background in building projects.
- Proven experience managing largescale residential and/or commercial developments from start to completion.
- Indepth understanding of construction methods materials and regulatory standards.
- Strong track record in site management including coordinating subcontractors managing site staff and ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
