Job Description

HR Generalist OneYear Temporary Position

We are looking for a HR Generalist for temporary position for one year to support our businesses in Israel. This will be a Hybrid work 3 days a week working from home and 2 days a week working from our Office in Beer Sheva.

As part of the HR team you will be also part of the grater Harris HR team

What will be your impact

  • Manage all the recruitments activities for the different BUs in Israel.
  • Advertising the positions on different social medias looking for new recruitments sources candidates sourcing working with placement agencies etc.
  • Screening C. Vs and conducting Phone & Frontal Interviews
  • Preparing offers and closing positions
  • Leading the annual welfare plan budget and activities
  • Work closely with Hiring managers to identify the needs
  • Managing the on boarding process of new joiners
  • Multitask on various projects and initiatives

What are we looking for

  • 2 3 years of experience in recruitments of technologys positions
  • Relevant academic degree
  • Experience with Workday an advantage

  • Great organizational skills and a capacity for working independently
