Executive Administrative Assistant I
Location: Nashville TN.
Office Requirement: This position will take part in Elevance Healths hybrid workforce strategy Monday through Friday in our Nashville TN corporate office 34 days a week.
The Executive Administrative Assistant I will report to the Health Plan President. This critical team member performs various support functions for our Health Plan President and their leadership team.
How you will make an impact:
Writes and routes confidential correspondence.
Screens handles or distributes incoming phone calls and complaints.
Maintains confidential correspondence and general files and orders supplies.
Prepares and tracks budgets coordinates travel plans and submits expense reports.
Compiles and distributes meeting minutes and compiles information for reports documents and proposals.
Collates and assembles materials and makes arrangements for meetings/presentations.
Organizes chart updates prepares forms and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures.
Utilizes various software packages such as spreadsheets word processing databases and graphics to produce highquality reports presentations and documents.
Researches verifies and prepares reports and creates and maintains databases.
Performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring comprehensive skill and knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years administrative experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
